This platform involves real cryptocurrency (USDC). Please read these terms carefully before participating.
By accessing or using DraftPerps ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available in jurisdictions where fantasy sports or cryptocurrency trading is prohibited.
DraftPerps is a fantasy sports platform where users draft real Hyperliquid perpetual futures traders and score points based on their on-chain trading performance. Contests are conducted using USDC on the HyperEVM blockchain (Chain ID 999). All contest logic, entry management, and prize distribution are governed by immutable smart contracts.
The Platform uses wallet-based authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet credentials. DraftPerps has no ability to recover lost private keys or reverse unauthorized transactions. You agree not to share your wallet access with any third party.
Entry fees are collected in USDC and held by smart contracts on HyperEVM. Prize distribution is determined by on-chain smart contract logic based on trader performance scores. Results are final once settled on-chain and verified through the Merkle proof system. The Platform reserves the right to cancel contests in the event of insufficient participation or technical issues, in which case entry fees are fully refundable through the smart contract.
All transactions are denominated in USDC on the HyperEVM blockchain. A platform rake (fee) is disclosed for each contest and deducted from the prize pool before distribution. Blockchain gas fees for entering contests, claiming prizes, and other on-chain interactions are the user's responsibility. The Platform does not control gas prices or blockchain transaction times.
All content, design, and functionality of the Platform are the property of DraftPerps or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without express written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DraftPerps is not a financial advisor, and nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice. There is no guarantee of returns or winnings. Smart contracts, once deployed, are immutable and operate autonomously. Past performance of traders does not guarantee future results. Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate significantly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftPerps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Platform. This includes losses resulting from smart contract bugs, blockchain network issues, oracle data inaccuracies, or third-party service failures.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
